Im LichtLabor Demokratie trifft Kunst auf Teilhabe. Tauche ein in eine immersive Licht- und Klanginstallation im Kulturbunker Köln-Mülheim und nimm im Laufe des Programms an inspirierenden Panels und praxisnahen Workshops teil.

Triff Menschen aus ganz Europa, tausche Perspektiven aus und erkunde gemeinsam, welche Rolle die Europäische Union in der Welt spielen sollte — und entdecke, wie Kreativität große demokratische Fragen in gemeinsames Handeln verwandeln kann.
